TERMS of SERVICE (T&C)

​These Terms of Service Conditions cover the entire use of the service between the Business and you with respect to the use of the website, service and related services or third-party service providers. 

All prior representations and understandings, whether written or oral, are excluded. You must comply with all policies and procedures as published by the Business on the Service from time to time. Acceptance of these Terms can only be full. Any purported alteration of the Terms by you is not binding on the Business.

You are responsible for notifying us immediately if there is any unauthorised usage of your information.

Overview

Blissful Bedding Linen Hire / South Coast Bedding & Linen Hire / Bay & Coast Linen Hire is NOT responsible of items accidently placed in dirty linen bags belonging to the holiday property, you could incur additional costs from the property you stayed at to replace items.

For the hire of Beach towels and/or the Porta Cot the hirer is in sole responsibility for the item, any damages/un-washable stains or theft Hirer is required to pay the replacement fee of the full cost of the item or deposit will not be refunded.

Any misuse or injury resulting from the equipment, Blissful Bedding Linen Hire / South Coast Bedding & Linen Hire / Bay & Coast Linen Hire is NOT accountable or responsible. ALWAYS USE EQUIPMENT SAFELY.

Equipment is delivered in full functioning order checked by BLISSFUL BEDDING LINEN HIRE / SOUTH COAST BEDDING & LINEN HIRE / BAY & COAST LINEN HIRE upon delivery and also upon collection.

When payment is made for the hire of linen & equipment, the hirer is accepting all terms and conditions for all of Blissful Bedding Linen Hire / South Coast Bedding & Linen Hire and Bay & Coast Linen Hire’s services.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.

These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Our store is hosted on Square. They provide us with the online e- commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

This website is operated by Blissful Bedding Linen Hire / South Coast Bedding & Linen Hire / Bay & Coast Linen Hire, there is no charge for you to create contact with our Service; however, some Service functionality will require your need to purchase.  Any purchase or Agreement you make is governed by our payment terms.

We make available our Service pursuant to an agreed service requirement available to view on our website or via quotation being sourced. Maintenance services are as per request and priced as per job/maintenance requirement. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Products or Services (if applicable)

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Payment

Orders may be requested via our online ordering portal at either BLISSFUL BEDDING LINEN HIRE / SOUTH COAST BEDDING & LINEN HIRE / BAY & COAST LINEN HIRE ™ , SOUTH COAST BEDDING & LINEN HIRE ™ or BAY & COAST LINEN HIRE ™.   Once an order is received, an automated email will be sent directly to you confirming the order and contact details you provided. Online orders are processed via the online payment’s portal.  Special orders, or orders taken from BLISSFUL BEDDING LINEN HIRE / SOUTH COAST BEDDING & LINEN HIRE / BAY & COAST LINEN HIRE ™ | SOUTH COAST BEDDING & LINEN HIRE ™ | BAY & COAST LINEN HIRE ™ regular customers are processed through Xero.  Services and products must be paid via credit card, debit card or bank transfer.   Regular customers must provide the Service with their preferred contact email, postal address, home phone and mobile phone contact details.​

If you choose to pay by credit card or debit card, please note the payment transactions are not processed by us, nor do we collect, hold or receive your payment information. Our payment processor is via Square, and the National Australia Bank. Bank transfers will be via the customers or members processor in conjunction with our payment processor.​

Returns

Any unused items are non-refundable at any stage.

To maintain hygiene standards, we cannot accept any returns of unused goods for credit. If you have a faulty item, we will exchange it for the same or similar value item. 

Cancellation to orders must be made 24 hours prior to arrival and made via email to blissfulbedding.bbay@gmail.com and if within the 24hr period a refund can be organised. Any refunds for cancellations within the 24hr arrival bracket will not be provided by can be held as credit for a rescheduled date.

Use of the Service.

You acknowledge:

  • By logging in, staying logged in, placing an order or making a purchase you have read the Terms of Service carefully before using our service and/or accessing or using our website. 
  • By accessing or using any part of our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
  • If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.
  • If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.
  • By agreeing to these Terms of Service and/or access the online site/store, you represent that you are or are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence and that you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site/service.
  • By using this service, you acknowledge that linen is provided as a hired item and remains the property of the hiring organisation at all times.
  • The use of the hired linen items for a period of approximately 2 weeks / 14 days.  Hire required beyond this timeframe requires a discussion with the business owner.

You will not:

  • Sell, resell, rent or lease the product provided to another party without express approval by the Service;
  • Use a false email address, impersonate others, misrepresent your affiliation with others or misrepresent yourself;
  • Use the Service in a way that violates applicable law, that violates the intellectual property or other rights of us or others, or that is fraudulent, obscene, unprofessional, offensive, misleading, illegal or defamatory; • interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or Product, or any third-party connection;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our related systems or networks; or
  • By using this service, you may not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy can be viewed via our webpage.

The Service and Related Services may contain information or material posted by you (Provided Content).

For all Provided Content, we are a publisher only and are not responsible for the content, accuracy or completeness of this information.

You may not claim ownership of any Products or Service provided by us and hosted within the Service; such are the sole property of us including all intellectual property associated with such Products, Service or Agreement/s. You authorise us to use, store, reproduce and manipulate your data stored within the Service in the provision of your request for Service.

We cannot guarantee 100% server uptime. Servers and systems must be brought down (offline) at times for routine maintenance and upgrades to ensure that the Service will run and perform optimally.

However, we strive to keep such interruptions to a minimum, and, if possible, to give you advanced notice of scheduled maintenance routines; as well as perform such activities as outside of normal operating business hours as possible.

You may not be able to use the Service due to traffic conditions on the internet, problems occurring at our upstream providers’ facilities, or due to hardware or software component failure. These conditions are entirely out of our control; however, we will endeavour to restore access to the Service in a timely manner.
